Web App Usage Dashboard
The Web App Usage Dashboard gives you a behind-the-scenes look at how various web apps are impacting your business operations. It pinpoints errors with web apps, from both a device and server perspective, allowing you to see patterns over time and quickly resolve them.
Unlock actionable insights into the performance and usage of your web apps through these distinct metrics:

Performance metrics help you understand the responsiveness and stability of web apps through specific metrics. For example, monitor the stability of your Delivery Status app throughout the day by looking at metrics such as Web App Errors, Time to Load and Time to First Byte.

Usage metrics show the number of visits and time in the foreground for web apps. For example, it shows the apps being used and their frequency (including non-work-related web apps). This can also indicate users/devices that are using these apps the most and least across various organizational units.
The Web App Usage Dashboard is only supported for Android devices and requires SOTI Surf 2025.0 or higher.
Cellular Usage Dashboard
SOTI XSight provides in-depth analytics about your cellular network, such as signal strength, signal quality and network outages. This data can be accessed through a set of time-series charts and displayed on the new Cellular Heat Map.
If your delivery drivers experience poor cellular signal strength, productivity will decrease and your company will end up paying too much for the cellular service you’re receiving. The Cellular Usage Dashboard provides the data needed to make decisions about delivery routes optimized for cellular coverage or negotiate cellular package costs with your provider.
Wi-Fi Analytics Dashboard
The Wi-Fi Analytics Dashboard gives you an in-depth view of your organization’s Wi-Fi network performance, letting you track the following details:

For a delivery business, two essential components of the process are completed in the warehouse–sorting packages and updating cargo loading status. If your warehouse employees are using a secure Wi-Fi network, the Wi-Fi Analytics Dashboard can monitor and track its performance. If Wi-Fi issues arise, like failing signal strength, you can see when devices disconnect from access points in this dashboard. This can also be expanded to see over and under utilized access points to ensure proper throughput allocation.
The Redesign of Watchlist
The Watchlist showcases devices that surpass various conditions and thresholds that you define, notifying you as it happens. This is useful when you need to closely monitor specific indicators like device drops, battery health, signal strength and can be configured to send email notifications as well.
It now features a more detailed and expansive range of topics for greater customization. A single device can also support multiple Watchlist profiles. When we dive into how this impacts organizations, we can look at damaged devices from frequent drops that can drive up replacement costs. Watchlist can track the number of device drops to help you understand how they are being handled and identify individuals or locations where action needs to be taken.
Discover SOTI Pulse Marketplace Apps
The apps found on the SOTI Pulse Marketplace enable you to easily collect new data about your mobile operations in SOTI XSight Live View.* XT Socks integrate with SOTI MobiControl and SOTI XSight, helping you visualize additional data topics beyond device data.
XT Sock: Vehicle Information
This app is designed to collect and analyze real-time data using the On-Board Diagnostics II (OBDII) interface. Now you can access telemetry data to monitor your vehicle fleet and provide data-driven analytics and support. For example, if the speed of a delivery truck reaches an unsafe level, this data is accessible on the Live View Map, providing you with total visibility and the ability to address this issue quickly.
XT Sock: Zebra Wireless Insights
The new integration between SOTI XSight Live View and Zebra Wireless Insights provides full transparency into a mobile device’s connectivity experience on a specific network. With it, the time for IT to identify and diagnose the root cause of mobile connectivity issues significantly decreases.
